The assessment form may include your name, work email, company, store URL, source and target systems, catalog size, timeline, free-text note, consent and submission time. Our hosting and mail systems may also create limited technical and security logs.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, API keys, customer exports or other sensitive production data through the public form.

We use the information to answer your enquiry, assess the requested migration, prepare next steps or a proposal, prevent abuse and protect the website. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Project, accounting and contractual records follow their applicable statutory or contractual periods.

Information is shared only as necessary with hosting and email providers, professional advisers, or suppliers involved in an agreed project. We do not sell personal data. Where a supplier processes data outside the EEA, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
