The website provides general information about ecommerce data migration. Sending an assessment request does not create a contract, reserve capacity or guarantee that a migration is technically possible. Platform features and interfaces change, so route facts are rechecked against the real stores and current documentation.

Any paid work starts only after the parties agree its scope, price, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and other terms in a separate proposal or contract. That agreement prevails over general website information.

Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or submit data you have no right to provide. Website text, design and original assets may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where mandatory law allows it. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular migration. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A project contract defines responsibility for the agreed work and the governing law.
